Deposits
A deposit is required for all wedding cakes (£50), cakes (£10) and cupcakes (£5).
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be completed or released until alternative funding is arranged and payment is made in full.
Please let me know within THREE DAYS if you need to make changes to your order. It is your responsibility to advise me of alterations to the original order.
Some materials to make a cake may become obsolete or may no longer be available from suppliers, so if this is the case, I will endeavour to re-design a cake to reflect as closely as possible the original design.
If you arrange to collect your order, please ensure you collect at the prearranged time.
Cancellations
With wedding or special order cancellations, it must be made in writing or email.
If you cancel a wedding order 1 month from the delivery date then 50% of the total cost will be payable. If you cancel 2 weeks from the delivery date then 100% of the total cost will be payable.
For other cakes, 50% of full costs will be payable if the order is cancelled with two weeks notice, and 100% of full costs will be payable if the order is cancelled the week before it is due.
Prior to this, a full refund minus the deposit will be paid.
Allergies
I can make gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free, nut free and lactose free cupcakes.
I also make gluten free, nut free and lactose free large cakes. So please let me know if you have any dietary requirements when you place your order.
